What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
Large furniture items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 7-14 business days via our specialized furniture carriers.
Do you offer assembly services for cribs and dressers?
While our products are designed for easy DIY assembly with detailed instructions included, we partner with third-party assembly services in select areas. You can add professional assembly to your order during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for nursery furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of furniture, return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Can I convert my DaVinci crib into a toddler or full-size bed?
Most of our cribs are '4-in-1' or '3-in-1' designs. Conversion kits (toddler rails and full-size bed rails) are sold separately to ensure you can transition the bed as your child grows.
